**Stays of less than five nights will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.**
**This property requires a minimum stay of three nights between February 14-17, May 23-26, July 3-6, August 29-September 1; and a minimum stay of five nights between April 11-17 and December 22-January 4.**
**An additional fee of $3 per day will be collected at check-in and applied toward amenities including usage of the fitness center, billiards room, pool towels, in-room safe, unlimited local telephone calls and in-room Internet access (coming soon).**
